We currently ship within the U.S. (Lower 48 states) only.

International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Delivery Options

Curbside delivery only.

Liftgate service is available upon request for an additional fee.

Please contact us before ordering if you require inside delivery or white-glove service.

These options may not be available for all suppliers or product types.
Delivery & Inspection

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.

Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

Additional fees may apply for re-shipment.
2. Billing & Payment

Brand-Specific Notes

BakeMax: Certain products may qualify for free freight above minimum order thresholds. Customers must inspect items at delivery; damage claims go to the carrier.

MAM Forni: Shipped Ex-Works from Italy. Freight, duties, and import tariffs are the customer’s responsibility. Quotes may be provided upon request.
