At Cookware Masters, we partner with trusted commercial brands that maintain their own warranty, return, and freight policies. Below is a summary of key terms by manufacturer.
ICETRO
ICETRO products follow manufacturer MAP pricing.

Shipping: Free freight to commercial addresses with a loading dock or warehouse. Residential or liftgate deliveries may include extra charges.

Returns: Accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Delivery: Inside delivery available for an additional fee.
Brema (Eurodib)
Eurodib’s Brema line follows manufacturer MAP pricing.

Shipping: Free freight on qualifying orders within the continental U.S. Standard delivery is curbside only; liftgate or appointment services may include a small surcharge.

Returns: Must be unused and in original packaging. Returns are subject to inspection and a restocking fee.

Warranty: Manufacturer warranty coverage for parts & labor (coverage varies by model).
BakeMax

Warranty:
• Most items – 1-Year Limited Parts & Labor Warranty
• Select items – 2-Year Limited Warranty
• Normal wear parts (e.g., bulbs, switches) – 90 days
• Warranty is void if not installed or maintained by qualified professionals. -
Returns:
• Must be approved in writing with an RMA.
• 30 % restocking fee applies.
• Manufacturer defects covered with freight paid for replacement.
• Special orders, refurbished, clearance, and demo units are non-returnable. -
Additional Notes:
• Certain products may qualify for free freight above minimum order thresholds.
• Customers must inspect items at delivery; damage claims should be filed with the carrier.
MAM Forni

Warranty:
• Oven structure (masonry / metallic parts) – 10 years
• Electrical / motor components – 2 years (first 6 months full coverage; remaining 18 months parts only; labor / shipping extra)
• Warranty void if misused, improperly installed, or serviced by unauthorized personnel. -
Returns:
• Strict no-return policy. Defective items are handled individually through repair or parts replacement. -
Additional Notes:
• Shipped Ex-Works from Italy. Freight, duties, and import tariffs are the customer’s responsibility. Quotes available upon request.
